Local Rules
The rules of the game of golf shall be those currently adopted by the R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules and Amandments published by the Committee
- Out of Bounds (Rule 27-1)
- Beyond any fence, wall or line of white stakes bounding the course
- On or beyond any white line defining the boundary of the course
Note : Where a white line is in existence, it defines the boundary.
- Water Hazards (Rule 26)
- All waterways that dissect fairways across the line of play identified by yellow stakes and lines, are water hazards.
- All other waterways running parallel adjacent the fairways identified by red stakes and lines, are lateral waater hazards
- Ground Under Repair (Rule 25-1)
All areas encircled by white lines or identified by blue stakes.
- Power Lines
If a ball strikes an elevated power line, the player must disregard tht stroke, abandon the ball and play another ball as nearly as possible at the spot from which the original ball was played in
accordance with rule 20-5.
Unless otherwise noted, the penalty for breach of a Local Rule is :
- Match Play : Loss of Hole
- Stroke Play : Two strokes Penalty
