Members Time
The members time program is designed for KIGC members who doesn't have any plan to play with other groups and have a free time in the weekends, they can play in the club without reservation. The club reserved special tee off for KIGC members to come and play (Saturday, Sunday and the National Holiday) without reservation in advance.

  Young trees, young palm trees (max height of two club length) or plantation supported by a stake are treated as GUR.

  All players should play from the dropping zone when their balls enter the pond as below :

Etiquette

• Dress - players must be attired approprately - short pants, tailored shorts, shoes and collared shirts are the minimum standard required, both on the course and in the club house.
• Slow Play - 4 hours is the accepted time for a 4 balls round at Karawang International Golf Club. Be prepared to play your shot immediately whent it is your turn, and leave the green promptly. Course marshall have the authority the remove persistent slow play offenders from the course.
• Divots / Pitch Marks - as courtesy to your fellow golfers, please ensure you repair divots and pitch marks.

NON-DEPOSIT TYPE MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER FEE

1. The transfer of membership could be carried out from corporate to individual or vice versa.

2. The transfer fee shall be paid by transferee (Buyer) to the club. After transfer could be conducted, the transferor shall settle financial obligation and return the membership card to the club.

3. Family membership will be automatically terminated with the transfer or termination of individual or corporate membership.

Sedana Golf and Country Club offers a Mark Rathert Design Par 72 championship 18 holes golf course planted with tifway 419 on fairways and roughs while greens are planted with tifdwarf. The area covered by the golf course is approximately 75 hectares while the other half is for housing.

 

The first nine has wide rolling fairways interspersed with large sand bunkers to challenge the players who may choose to drive slow.

 

The back nine is shorter but more challenging as the course follows the rugged topography. To score it is necessary to play strategic golf.  Green speed is set at eight and the half feet on the stimpmeter to ensure consistency in putting speed throughout the greens.

 

Coconut trees and housing lots line the fairways but they do not interfere with play.  Where streams run across the fairways, the distance to the stream from the teebox is provided on a stand at the respective teebox. Players may use the information to determine which club to use off the tees. There are four sets of tees to suit the different capabilities of the players.

 

Hole #3 Par 3 is a short 168 meters from Blue Tee with a lake on the right and in front of the green. Guarding the left side is a huge sand bunker. This shot requires. When the wind is blowing towards the teebox, extra club is definitely required.
Hole #8 Par 5 is snd bunker galore which appear to be scattered all over the approach area to the green. The sight of the sand bunkers on this hole is intimidating. Strategic placing of the ball is required to score.
Hole #12 Par 4 is downhill and a long drive is required to reach in two. Watch the sand bunkers they may get in the way.
Hole #14 Par 5 has the narrowest fairway with lateral water hazards on the both sides. Clear these and prepare for the crossing of a stream in front of the green on the approach.

 

The Clubhouse sits on the highest point of the property and commands a panoramic of the golf course and its surroundings. The KIIC industrial estate is located across the toll road from Sedana and the rice bowl of Karawang is located at the rear. On a clear day the mountains at Bogor can be seen in a distance. Lush greenery stretches all the way to the mountains from KIIC estate and rice fields stretches to the horizon on the other side.
