Bukit Darmo welcomes you to a world of fine golfing on one of the most challenging courses in Asia designed by Jack Nicklaus II, integrated with BUkit Darmo Golf Estate developed under the inspired Master plan of Robbins & Associates International USA.
The golf course with its gently undulating terrain, offers challenges to golfers of varying skills level. While forgiving on the tee-shot, the true test is on the approach shot, which calls for pin point accuracy. It is a credit to the golf course maintenance team, that Bukit Darmo is rated as one of the best maintained golf courses.

When the course was built?
Ciputra Golf & Family Club was built in 1995. Ciputra Golf covering 125 hectares of beautifully sculpted fairways and green, designed to be the venue for regional and international tournaments. It is 27 hole, par 108 with length of 9145 meters - that will offer many unforgettable moments of achievement. The Golf Club opens 7 days a week to give more time to play!
The Course is designed by Andy Dye from Dye Designs Corp., a reputable golf course designer in the world. The designer took advantage of the range of elevation in developing the course. Following the natural hill and valley topography of the area, the course is designed stadium style with the holes in the valley. Dye stated: "Ciputra Golf is a complete test of all of golfer skills and shot making ability as well as a test of his imagination and creativity, it is true psychological course in that the character and mental discipline of the individual will be examined and tested to the very edge"
What makes it different from other golf courses?
Only at Ciputra Golf you can enjoy three different course atmosphere. Each courses are specifically designed to bring you different enjoyment that will challenge your strategy and skill to the limit. The Valley, the 1st nine hole, designed with wide fairways in the middle of beautiful valley. The Lake Course, the 2nd nine hole, with enchanting yet challenging lake scenery as your obstacle. The Hill, the 3rd nine hole, with hilly fairways landscaped beautifully test your strategy.

Who was the course designer?
The Course is designed by Andy Dye from Dye Designs Corp., a reputable golf course designer in the world. The designer took advantage of the range of elevation in developing the course. Following the natural hill and valley topography of the area, the course is designed stadium style with the holes in the valley. Dye stated: "Ciputra Golf is a complete test of all of golfer skills and shot making ability as well as a test of his imagination and creativity, it is true psychological course in that the character and mental discipline of the individual will be examined and tested to the very edge"

LOCAL RULESThe rules of golf shall apply as currently adopted by the R & A Golf Club of St. Andrews, the USGA and the Local Rules of the Pakuwon Golf & Family Club.
- Out of Bounds (Rule 27)
Defined by white posts with black tops - Water Hazards (Rule 26)
- Water Hazard are defined by yellow stakes / lines
- Lateral Water Hazards are defined by red stakes / lines
- Drop Zone
A drop zone is defined by blue lines, a ball hit into the hazard behind the 5th green, may be played from the designated drop zone with a one stroke penalty. - Immovable Obstructions (Rule 24-2)
All cart paths, rain shelters, spinkler heads, light poles, seats, litter bins, sand bins and tee signs are to be treated as immovable obstructions. Drop within one club length not nearer to the hole without penalty. - Flower Garden Beds
All flower and garden beds are to be treated as GUR unless mark with hazard stakes. Drop at the nearest point of relief, not nearer the hole, without penalty - Ground Under Repair (GUR) (Rule 25-1)
GUR is defined by white lines or signage. - Nigh Golf
Out of bound shall be played asa water hazard rules.

- OUT OF BOUND (RULE 27-1)
Those areas beyond defined boundary's in which play prohibited. Those areas as defined by white stakes/lines. - STAKED TREES AND STRUBS
If staked trees and shrubs, interfere with a player's sance or area of intended swing, the ball must be lifted without penalty and dropped in accordance with the procedure prescribed in rule 24-2B(i) (Immovable Obstruction). The Ball may be cleaned when so lifted. - IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTION (RULE 24-2)
All course irrigation equipments, spinklers, litter bins, drain pits, shelter sheds, cartpaths, and sleepers bordering green #5 are all classified as immovable obstructions. - GROUND UNDER REPAIR (RULE 25)
