Located in the scenic outskirts of Yogyakarta, Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is set admits beautifully landscaped gardens, an extensive recreational centre and a well-designed golf course.
Wrapped around the sprawling 24 hectare hotel grounds is a nine-hole golf course designed by Fisette Golf Design and landscaped by Tongg, Clark and McCelvey, both from Hawaii. The par 30 golf course features the most challenging greens in town with 6 par-3 holes and 3 par-4 holes and plays to 1835 meters. Each hole has three tee off areas to accomodate professional, men and lady golfers. There is also a flood-lit Driving Range open daily from 06.00 am to 10.00 pm.
Four local instructors. with various levels of expertise, can provide personalized lessons for local playing guests and members. We also provide golf club full set and per piece rental, left handed club set and per piece rental, children club full set, and golf shoes rental.
For the active, these are two flood-lit tennis courts; a multi-level salty water swimming pool complete with its 70 meter water slides, waterfalls, whirlpool and a children's pool. The health club features relaxing and pampering services such as sauna and massage therapies, offering various kinds of "jamu" , the famed Indonesian herbal treatment for detoxification and rejuvenation. Other facilities included a comprehensive spa and jacuzzi.
The public areas of the resort repeat the images of an Indonesian village, consisting of a collection of pavilions, set in Javanese-style roofs, housing the communication centre, cafe restaurant-Kemangi Bistro, lobby lounge and lobby court-Paseban lounge and the 650 square meter Ballroom which can be subdivided into six individual meeting rooms to accomodate meetings of various sizes.

Local Rules
- Out of Bounds (Rule 27-1)
Out of bounds declared by white stakes or white line
- Hole 3, 4, 5 the right side of course along maintenance road
- Hole 10, 16, 17 the left side of the course's border
- Hole 5, 7, 13, 15 behind the green at holes
- Penalty 1 (one) stroke :
Ball entering rough or shrubs with red stakes may be lifted and dropped nearby the entering zone (one club length, not nearing the hole) - Ground Under Repair (GUR)
Defined by blue stakes or white lines (Rule 25) - Free Lift :
Through the course a ball may be lifted and dropped within one club length from the nearest point of the relief, but not nearer to the hole, without penalty :- Car-path, control boxes, spinklers and metal cover/makers
- All young trees supported by blue stakes
- All maintenance roads left or right of the course including ditches
- Embedded Ball (Rule 25-3)
Relief from embedded ball is allowed through the entire course: Free drop - Distance Markers are located on both side of the fairway: 150 meters and 100 meters to the center of the green.
- Players must adhere to course-Marshal's directions.
- Please avoid unnecessary delay; let faster players go through
